Final Thoughts
Each ministry has a specific leader or team, that is designed with an inclusive, servant-leader mentality that empowers the community to engage and actively participate in the church’s vision. Collaboration with local organizations, government resources, and other churches are also increased to impact these ministries.
These ministries are evaluated regularly for effectiveness, and adjustments are made as the needs of the church and community evolve over time.
